Hey don't blame your unprofessional way on me. I saw your replies to clients. Blaming me for not accommodating their schedule it's been so long since I left your spa. Maya plinkett it's bull that she is blaming me for this as she always does to her employees. No way and if you keep putting me in the middle of this I will take legal action. Every body knows your shop reputation. Such a shame cause the shop does have potential. It's funny all the good reviews you got is being written by employees and yourself.

A few weeks ago, I called a few times to no answer and finally left a voicemail. It was never returned. I made my 2nd attempt today to no avail. I booked online and received confirmation. I try to call and confirm, again no answer. I walk in and tell the contracted woman that I booked online for a manicure for today. She didn't have me on the schedule, she just paused staring at the computer. I had to dig out of her that they had no room for me. This is fine, it's just a manicure. The fact that I've had to 'beg' for service and cannot receive any follow up is disappointing; especially as someone who had always come to this salon when it was Mane Concern. I was planning to get everything done here on a day following the manicure to do a whole salon day, but I will not waste anymore of my time on this salon.

Beautiful salon and spa! Excellent customer service, very clean, friendly staff, and out of this world services! They greet you with a drink upon arrival, give you a tour of the salon and spa, give promotions upon check out, have a loyalty program, send special offers on your birthday, and have an amazing referral program! I haven't found a salon and spa better than this. Thank you so much ladies! Can't wait to visit again and again. I'm a regular!!

Honestly I am fairly disappointed with this establishment. It was my birthday and my boyfriend found this on groupon and tried to surprise me with it. He had spoken to someone over the phone that morning to set up and confirm an appointment which he chose at 7:15 to fit around my schedule. When my friend and I got there, they barely acknowledged us. Then they had problems pulling up my appointment on their computer. After a few moments they found it and it was with the nail tech named Sam, who blatantly had an attitude. Yes I started off aggravated, however, they had little to no customer service. Sam told me she was with someone already and I was to reschedule because they closed at 7 and she didn't understand why we scheduled an appointment for 7:15 if they closed at 7. Good question. Why did they book it after closing time in the first place? Anyways, long story short, I wasted my time and I felt belittled because I was younger.

If I could give no stars I would, very rude and they did a terrible job. Would NOT recommend and will definitely NOT be going back.
