First experience was amazing the nail technician Michael highly recommended MY NAILS LASTED FOR 2.5 months no chipping or broken nails HOWEVER THE SECOND TIME AROUND THE LADY NEVER ASKED FOR PERMISSION TO FILE MY NATURAL NAILS UNDER THE ACRYLIC & THEREFORE TRIED TO APPLY
A NATURAL POWDER FOR A FILL HAD TO CORRECT HER LIKE THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AND NOT PAYING EXTRA AND MY NAILS ARE UNEVEN with the ACRYLIC N THIN AS HELL ! I am pissed off I left out the spa unfinished

Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. First I was charged $112 for a full set & didn’t noticed till I checked my bank account. The owner asked me to come back, I also complained that my nails looked awful but most importantly I was cut all over multiple fingers & some deep. She only took $5 off my original amount. They should have been free or took more than $5. My fingers are so so sore!!

Been to salon 3 times they do a pretty good job but seems like they have been differently each time. I've been satisfied with results though and they last long. The last time I got gel when I usually get acrylic. I do realize the process is quicker with gel, but seems like it's too rushed!

This is my third time coming here and each time I come here, I tell myself I'll never come back and for some reason, which I think is probably just because it's so close to my house, I keep coming back hoping that my experience will be different the next time but it continues to get worse!. Every time I come here they always charge me something different. It's like whoever is doing your nails that day, makes up their own price. $5 for this, $10 for this. Etc etc. I was charged a fee for "long nails" when this is definitely NOT long nails. The owner did my nails this time, and she is very, very rough and heavy-handed. When I sat down in her chair, I told her upfront that my nails were tender because I had taken off my previous set of nails and I was getting a fresh new set and she sanded my nails so hard and buffed them hard, even after I continued to pull my hands away from her and made a lot of sounds to express my discomfort such as ouch! It started to feel intentional. I definitely won't be back! Also, huge pet peeve, this place is called lovely Nail Spa but it's so far from a spa experience. Every time I come here there is way too much noise and chatter between the staff screaming across the room at each other. It's not at all a relaxing experience. You have staff members walking around with no shoes on and sweeping the floors right next to you while you're sitting there and you can feel the Dust blowing up on your ankle. Definitely not what I have in mind when I think about a "spa"

Was coming here for a long time but will not ever return. First my nail tech is always rude, and depending on the day he doesn’t care how my nails would turn out. Just no pride in their work whatsoever. Also, THE TOILET IS ALWAYS SUPER GROSS! I overlooked it for a long time but 2 weeks ago when I last went was the absolute last straw for me so hated my nails AND the toilet was nasty (again) then had the nerve to have the seat up like it was clean. If you can’t clean a toilet, how am I supposed to trust that you clean your tools regularly and properly??? You charge luxury prices, the salon is pretty on the inside but the bathroom is dirty?! No thanks! Moved on to a new spot!
