I went to XO nails today for the first time and am so happy I did. I've been to over 5 nail shops in the past few months and always left disappointed.... my experience at XO was amazing! Vincent is the best and listened to what I wanted. He fixed my awful thick nails (from another shop) and made them so pretty. I've found my regular nail salon.

Lisa just gave me a full set of acrylic today. She is a sweetheart, very polite, professional and attentive. A true artist, because she made my nails look amazing. The salon is very clean and comfortable. Not super crazy busy or loud, like others. I loved it there! I will be back!

If I could do 1/2 star it would still be two much. Went in for mani and the polish was so old it was gross and thick and you could tell it was no good. Took forever to dry. It was chipped on almost every nail by the next day. I didn't do anything to make it chip. All my work was done. The person who done my nails was more interested in getting a friend to come in so she could cut her hair than doing my nails. Could not understand anything they said to me.

I come here exclusively for my dip and shellac nails. They do a fine job for the price especially. They have a wide variety of colors and I never feel like they’re rushing me.
I usually go on a weekday in the mid afternoon for the best luck. I don’t think you should try going on a weekend without an appointment to anyplace if I’m being perfectly honest.

Horrible, awful customer service! After getting my nails done here I was so irritated with how I was treated, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and heaven forbid you ask them to fix something, they act like animals! I will never go back here!! Right up the street is a place called "Nail Tech" next to the dollar tree, on the other side of Walmart. Their pricing is WAY more reasonable, they do a MUCH better job, and the biggest thing to me, they are KIND!!!! ONLY GO TO THIS NAIL SALON IF YOU LIKE FOR YOUR NAIL TECH TOO MAKE YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, LIKE YOU DON'T MATTER AT ALL!!! JERKING MY HANDS AROUND AND ROLLING HER EYES AT ME... UGH.
