I went here today with my sister for manicures. We got there when they were supposed to open, but they were late to open and we had to wait outside for at least ten minutes after opening time for the owner to arrive. My sister wanted to get gel tips, but instead of explaining that they didn’t do that service, they gave her and acrylic set. The nails were uneven, the design was done poorly, and there was clumps on the underside of the nails. She had them removed by a trusted nail tech somewhere else. The nails cost her 70 dollars. The owner refused to give us a full refund because we did not return to have the service redone at their salon. I am highly disappointed in this salon and do not recommend anyone to receive manicures here, unless you want them done sloppily.

I understand businesses doing appointments only, but if that is the case you should not advertise on your website and on your window that “Walkins are welcome “ I could also see if they were busy and didn’t have any openings, but I arrived at the time that they had just opened. I wasn’t even given the opportunity or option to make an appointment. If your establishment is going to be appointments only; then that is what it should say.

The man did really well on my pedicure. He got the hang nails out n really took his time. I enjoyed my pedicure. The lady said she had been doing nails for 30 years. At first I believed her. Afterwards not so much . I love the shape and how the acrylic isn’t too thick or thin. But I got the nail out line which if she would have taken her time and kept the lines thin like she did on my pinkies I would have no complaints. But with the rest of the nails she rushed and made lines thick and messy. Then had the nerves to charge me $75 for it

I love this place. Clean, Great service and make sure the customers are always happy. Me and my daughter go here often. My main tech is Patience and she is amazing. I will tell you We have used almost all the techs here and they all do amazing. I recommend trying them. You show them a picture or tell them what you want they will get it perfect. Thank you Sky Nail and Spa for being awesome.

Went in at 6:25 p.m. for a last minute pedicure. Brandi was amazing I felt as if I was at a spa because of her hands. 🙌🙌🙌
