I just left Titanic Nails in BVL and it was a good experience. I got threading done, I love how my brows came out, one person started and finished with me and although she does have an accent, there’s no language barrier as her English is good enough to understand as well as having the ability to understand me. She was very pleasant and very nice.They do temperature checks at the door, you can smell the disinfecting taking place. I still have a lingering scent of bleach in my nose, and they’re all wearing masks including patrons. One of the owners was mopping as I entered, and there are seats outside socially distanced in case the inside gets busy with people waiting to get nails done. I’ve been coming here for many years. I had one issue with one of the ladies that was too rough with my threading and as a result cut me a little bit. I haven’t had her touch my face since and all has been well.

The smallest things need much detail. You will not get that here. They'll rush doing your nails,they insist on a color you don't want, when you ask for the gel to be soaked off they drill it off instead, thinning your actual nails along with it. The tool are not even sprayed with alcohol before the next person. I will not be going back. I'm done tired twice

Older nail tech gentleman deliberately filed the skin on my finger twice, creating an open wound simply because I politely asked him to please file my nails evenly ...Never again.

I go there for nails, pedi brows. They are friendly & eager to get you in & out quickly. Prices are fair. Good parking.

Not my first time but certainly my last....Everytime you walk in for wax or threading, immediately you're sent to the back... there was a language barrier with the lady who started threading my eyebrows. Clearly and slowly I told her what I wanted, even showed her multiple times... she didn't understand.. I felt her threading my eyebrow over the tattoo (my eyebrows are tattooed)...I pushed away and repeated what I want..she just shook her head as if she understood..they then removed her and brought someone else to finish by this time, the damage was done to one brow...long story short had to get into a small confrontation as I refused to pay for my eyebrows and only paid for my upper lip threading...
