The Starbucks is located right outside of the train station for Chambers Street which makes it a very convenient location to Grab & Go. I really dislike the Starbucks however, because the staff is super slow to make your drinks whether you place the order online or in person. I easily wait 10 to 13 minutes. I once even had them give me a cup of sugar water because they ran out of the dragon fruit that is needed to make their refresher beverage. When I asked where my drink was, looking for a distinctively purple beverage, I was met with an attitude and handed a cup of sugar water. There was no offer to make a different drink, or anything of the nature. This is one of those awful locations that's too busy, and the staff just gets rude and numb to everything since they can't handle the volumes they take in. Disappointed to say the least.

By far the best Starbucks I've been to as far as customer service! They could be a little faster but I'd rather have my drink made right.

Your run of the mill Starbuck. Not the largest location by any means, but the line always seems to move quick and the staff seem to be very efficient and accommodating. If you're looking for your caffeine pick me up for the day, you certainly couldn't go wrong with the diversity, quality, and price they offer at this staple, especially with a fist full of "boujier" options around that cater to more of a coffee purist. I've had to dock this place an extra star as lately I've consistently had my mobile orders not prepared despite having a receipt for them.

This Starbucks is in a busy street on Manhattan. Many customers walk in to get a cup of coffee. They recently start mobile app order.
What a disaster!!! I ordered a tall pike before getting to the store. They made me wait for 10 minutes. Only one bartender work on the mobile order section.

Friendly staff, fast service, no restroom (-1 star) although the staff did suggest locations nearby with restrooms.
