I had the privilege of having Calee do my hair. I was hesitant about going to a new place. I moved and had my person i was very comfy with. So i ventured out and am so glad i did. Calee was absolutely one of the sweetest and most genuine human beings I’ve ever met. She took the time to listen to what i wanted for my hair. She did it to absolute precision. I would recommend her any day. She’s amazing and so skilled. If you want to look good book with Calee now

It's my favorite salon. They offer a variety of services other than just hair and they are always experimenting with new ideas. It's not a "budget friendly" salon but it's worth the price when you want to get pampered.

Came here after having my hair really messed at another salon. I had no confidence, or trust, and was very nervous. I was booked with Rachel, she did a phenomenal job fixing my hair, she had great customer service, and was very professional. The owner was very compassionate. I scheduled my next appointment and will be coming here for now on. Thank you La Mirage Salon, you guys are awesome!

I'm actually still here waiting on a spa service. No one attending the area except those performing procedures and they're behind doors. Very awkward so far. I was asked to put my clothes in a locker and put on a robe and just sit alone in an open area. Folks walking through from time to time not even saying hi. I was told there were facilities i could use whild i waited but when i changed no one was here. After an hour of sitting here I put my clothes back on.
Update: the treatment was good but not what was expected. Waited another 30 min to be seen after earlier post. A group of employees were running around taking pictures in the waiting area. I think we'll stick to haircuts here.
Update in response to owner comments: I told the lady who checked me out that it wasn't a good experience and she told me, "I guess it's just not for you." I know she didn't mean for it to be snippy but I did bring it up. I also said something early on when I had to call the front to ask where the bathroom was. I also told everyone it was our first time back there. If there was a sauna available maybe explain it and show where it is and how to operate it. I'm not going to go wondering around an area like that exploring and opening doors. Finally. If it's meant to be a quiet place for you to sit comfortably in nothing but a robe...perhaps it's not appropriate to hold a staff ugly sweater photo session during hours you have clients there. This review is telling you I have a problem as the front desk didn't want to engage and you have my number on file should you want to make it right.

What a horrible experience at la mirage- I was new to the area and had this salon recommended. Biggest mistake! Basically had my platinum hair turned yellow orange and paid 300$ for it- then when I came back for a color correction I paid another 150$- literally, as soon as I swiped my card kellie introduced herself to me-?!?! Come on you guys?!?! Seriously how unprofessional !! I have let everyone I come in contact with know what a horrible experience I had there and to not go- looks like I was the last to know-that the new owner kellie has been running that classy salon down from the beginning turning it into a consignment shop- she tried to have my review and picture deleted off yelp so I am trying to reach out and save anyone from having there hair traumatized and deal with this lady! Beware of la mirage and kellie the owner! I wouldn’t let them do my hair for free!
