My first visit to CoCo was beyond my expectations. I’m not very picky when it comes to getting my nails done so I don’t expect too much. But today they sat me right away, asked if I wanted a mimosa or anything else to drink and gave a phenomenal massage during my pedicure and while my nails were drying. I will definitely be back! It is a very calm and gentle environment which makes it the perfect pampering experience

I come here a few times but that last 2 times I came it’s was horrible! I set an appointment with my friend so we can get matching nails together. I get there and the one lady starts my nails and leaves mid way. At this point I’m thinking maybe she had to use the restroom and she’s going to come back. I’m waiting for about 20-30 minutes and thinking I should leave cause no one is doing my nails. Then a different lady comes up a starts to finish my nails. My friend also had a problem this same day. The lady that was doing her nails messed up her pinky and said “oops” and laughs, doesn’t even fix the messed up nail. The second time I went: I set an appointment for 2:30 when I get here the lady sits me at a table... I’m sitting her for about 20-30 to remind you I set my appointment for 2:30 when she starts it’s almost 3:20. I’d go one more time and if they do something bad again I’m not going ever again

Normally not someone who writes reviews (especially negative ones) but felt everyone looking into this place needs to know my experience here.
Actually getting my nails done here was amazing, I was the only one in the salon (maybe this should have been red flag number one) but they all were very polite and did a great job. It was what came after that has me writing this review.
A few weeks after getting my toes done, both of my big toes were pretty sore so as I kept an eye on them the weeks following (thinking they’d get better on their own) they just got worse. My right big toe got so infected all around the nail, to put the lightest pressure is beyond painful. The exact medical term for this is called Paronychia. When I saw the doctor about it he gave me an oral antibiotic and a topical antibiotic along with the wise words “never go to that place again.” I’ve never had something like this happen at a nail salon.
It’s safe to say, this was my first and LAST time at this salon. Hopefully this review helps someone make the smart decision to look into a different nail salon or stick with one you know is clean.

I went to this nail salon a few times and while it is a nice and clean salon, my last experience was horrific! I've noticed that they only offer & provide mimosas to certain customers while others have to specifically ask for one. I could get past that part, however, the most recent time I was here I took my cousin with me and we got manis and pedis. The staff does a good job with pedis but not so much with nails. Once finished my cousin and I paid and tipped the girls who serviced us. As we are walking to the car another employee (who did not even service either of us) was running up to us and once she reached us she said to my cousin that she feels my cousin should have given more of a tip than what she did. I was absolutely horrified, in shock and embarrassed because I brought my cousin with me to this salon and never have I ever had a nail salon worker or any worker for that matter run down on me at a car to ask if you can leave more of a tip. I just couldn't believe it and still don't believe that anyone would be that unprofessional and thirsty. I will never go to this salon again after that embarrassing, ignorant and rude experience!!

Amazing experience!!! THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! The workers were so polite and nice. The massages were exceptional.
