First time trying this nail salon, I live down the street and I hadn't found a good salon in Lake Steven's, but this place did such an amazing job on my pedicure and shellac fill. Very friendly staff and the salon is gorgeous and clean! I definitely will be going back!

They are usually great at what they do but the price is different every time my wife goes in. She and her friend got the same service, hers was $54, her friend’s was $48. The next time she went in she was charged $28 just for a shellac polish change where other places she’s been charged $18-$20. Nevertheless, we won’t be going back.

I started going here when they first opened. (After a horrible experience with another unnamed awful salon in LS) They have been wonderful! My daughter and I both love coming here and Hannah is usually the one doing my nails! She is always very attentive and friendly along with doing a great job! I also love the reward points! You can use them all at once or a little at a time. :)

My nails look actually great! The first women who did my manicure was amazing, till I had my pedicure done. This women seemed as if she didn’t want to do my pedicure and was super rough and it hurt. Meanwhile there were fly’s flying everywhere which was annoying and concerning. After that, my mom and I go and pay for services and it came out to be $63!!! My brothers family went in the other week and only paid about $100 for 3 pedicures (which one toe had a fake nail) and 2 manicures which one was shellac, no joke I’m serious who can beat that price? The lady began to tell us that the white tip costs extra which I’ve never heard of that, I’ve only seen “French nail” with its price. I called the day before to schedule a appointment and the women was very short with me, I asked how much was a ombré French nail and she said $55 because they use acrylic powder and i said I didn’t want acrylics because my nails were already long enough so I decided not to go with it. Anyways I think she just got confused after I said that and I told her my name and it was finalized. So as the women was explaining the price to my mom, another worker chimes in and says “I was the one who answered the phone yesterday and you never said you wanted a French tip” but on the phone I said I wanted to use my real nails not acrylic, and I decided not to go through with it, but anyways that was very unprofessional to tell across the room with customers sitting right there. I guess there was some miscommunication, but to top it off, they don’t even have a poster with prices of there services there. I feel like they kinda make it up which isn’t a very good look because I comes off alittle sketchy. I’m sorry but this place still needs improvement and needs to learn how to be professional and informative. I’ve worked in customer service for over a year and I’ve never seen such unprofessional people.

I have tried every nail salon in Lake Stevens, and this place has won me over. It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
Clean, friendly, and I’ve always been sat promptly.. never a wait.
I keep reading about hidden fees but have never been charged for anything out of the ordinary (I have coffin shaped nails, shellac, and do some pretty extravagant designs and my nails never cost more than 50$) all in all I’m very pleased with this salon.
