The technicians were very nice but the person who worked on my nails did not listen to what I wanted. The length, color and shape of the powder dip were all wrong, even after I shared pictures. When I tried to have him adjust the length he told me they needed to be this long. In addition, they are extremely thick and uneven thicknesses. The part of the nail by my cuticles is totally uneven — jagged and bubbly.
After two days, the base of the nail near the cuticle is already coming up.
I couldn’t tell how bad they were before leaving because the salon was very dimly lit. It was also very dusty and dirty.
By the time I left and realized what happened, the salon was closed. They knew I was having engagement photos done the next day and wouldn’t have time to fix them, but still chose not to take care with them.
Worst $60 I ever spent. Again, they were nice!

I can to Knoxville to celebrate Thanksgiving with my sister and I never expected to break a nail and I needed to get it done ASAP! My sister loves coming to Diva Nails Spa and Salon and I came with her and I was not disappointed! The staff was AWESOME! They were helpful and patient and they got us in and out quickly! If I’m back in Knoxville, I’ll definitely come back!

I had not done my nails in over ten years and today I went to this location with my sister. We enjoyed ourselves they made us feel comfortable and even though it was busy they made sure that we got taken care of. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas who was my nail technician and he did a great job. My sister who was assisted by Violet did a great job too.

This is the BEST thing that has happened to Knoxville!!!. Please know that this salon is where you want to be. Nicholas, Violet and the newest addition to their staff are ALL wonderful. They are attentive to your needs, provide phenomenal customer service and you are always happy when you leave there, not to mention how much fun it is to visit the salon. I HIGHLY recommend giving Diva Nails&Spa a try……YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Trust this coming from someone who is VERY picky about cleanliness and customer service.

Extremely satisfied with the services, this nail salon provided. I came in late last night pass the closing hours. However they still expect me in and work me to with pampered spa pedicure with gel polish. Violet had done and extremely great job with neat polishing with a design on my big toes. There is no rushing in late hour as I experienced in previous salon. We carried a great conversation and will go back and looking for her soon. Friendly lady....highly recommended!!!
