I love this place because they truly do care about the customers satisfaction. Service is amazing. The staffs are gentle and accommodating. They work at a quick in and out pace but still strive to provide attentive customer care and satisfaction. The atmosphere is like home. Cannot recommend this place enough for their superior service! ! I'll be back and hope I get the same service!

When my nail tech isn't able to squeeze me in, I come to this location. I really never have anyone that I would just be like "go to them" at this location, until today.
Julie was very helpful in making sure that the gel came off my nails. They had me soak off my old polish. When Julie started, she sprung up conversation which was really nice. She was very focused on detail and making sure that everything was okay to my standards.
A regular gel cost $30. That includes a manicure with your gel color. Also, the nice soft wax they put over your hands.
I recommend this location.

I went in today for the first time! They were SO careful and thorough!! Wonderful Nail Salon. It's fair price for my nail service, would recommend!

Walked in with no appointment and they got me in right away. I asked for gel nails and she took her time and did an amazing job. Price is similar to other nail salons but the quality surpasses the rest! I will be coming back regularly!

I hate to give small businesses bad reviews. But KP nails plus has earned theirs. I had a gel manicure done on Thursday by Monday 5 nails had chipped. When I went back another tech redid the chipped nails. She did not ask me my name or anything else. Her first question: did she have to do the nails that were chipped? Huh?! That is the reason I returned. And so this is how it went. The technicians--all four-- treated me as if somehow I was responsible for the chipping. Second question asked: did I wash my hands with soap when asked to rinse my hands on when I got the manicure ? No. Then I was asked where did I go after the manicure "since I was in such a hurry"? I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes at this salon. More important, the gel manicure was dry.
Mind now no one greeted with any cordialness. I am so disappointed. I really do think everybody deserves a second chance. KP nails plus technicians got their second chance and blew it. I hope no one else has the experience that I had. I will not be returning.
