It has “one star” cause it wouldn’t let me post without it cause if it were up to me, I’d put like a NEGATIVE one star; I walked in today and from the start you can tell NONE of them wanted to attend me. They FINALLY decide on a lady that was gonna help me and she kept INSISTING on me getting some service I didn’t want when I clearly said like four different times I wanted acrylic. Then an African American woman was only about to walk in and they didn’t even let her walk past the front desk before making her turn around and leave, asking MAY WE HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING? like obviously she may have wanted her nails done at a NAIL SALON?! Then as she walked away of course they said something in their language and then giggling as she did, making me feel uncomfortable as it was already, I just got up and left without anything. HORRIBLE service. Along with that young girl at the front counter

HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER I GO IN TO GET THE DELUX PEDICURE + SHELLAC SO IM EXPECTING A VERY GOOD PEDICURE!! AND THIS GUY SEATS TAKES OFF MY POLISH FILE MY NAILS AND PAINTS THEM PUT LOTION ON, AND AS IM THINKING IM GONNA GET MASSAGE HE JUST RUBS IN PUTS WAX WAITS LIKE A MINUTE AND TAKES EVERYTHING OFF, SPRAYS ALCOHOL ON MY TOAS AND PUTS MY SHOES ON !!! I WAS LIKE DUDE YOU DIDNT EVEN SCRUB MY FEET ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS SAYING AND THE LADIES TOLD HIM TO MASSAGE MY FEET SO HE PUTS LOTION AGAIN AND AGAIN JUST TOOK IT OFF WITH A TOWEL AND LEFT THE SECTION SO I GOT UP AND HE IS ABOUT TO DO MY MANICURE AND THATS WHEN I COULNT ANYMORE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAID I COULD LEAVE WITH OUT PAYING, I TOLD HIM I WAS ONLY GOING TO PAY FOR WHAT HE DID NOT FOR WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY, I FEEL CHEATED TO BE HONEST THEY MADE ME PAY $40 ANYWAYS TO BE HONEST THEY ACT DUMB AS TO THEM NOT UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH WHEN THEY SURE KNOW WHAT THE HELL I WAS TALKING ABOUT VERY RUDE INDIVIDUALS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Worst experience ever. I have cuts on my heel and my toe got infected had to go to the dr for antibiotics don’t recommend. Don’t know the name of the person who did it but she was tall and skinny with straight hair. I would put pictures but I’m not sure how. I don’t recommend.

They add polish remover to their polish. Best to take your own.
