They are very rude and unprofessional! Do not spend your money or waste your time going there. I went to get a simple eyebrow wax because I wouldn’t dare let them do my nails(they do horrible work). Anyway, I explained to the older lady that was about to do them that I just wanted a shape up. She went out the room, started speaking her language and all the other nail techs started staring at me. The owner told me in English that she doesn’t know how to do it. I asked him was he serious because the same lady has done my eyebrows several times before today, so I was confused. I guess she didn’t want to be bothered so I told the owner that I will spend my money somewhere else. My mother in law and my neice were there as well and I told the owner that I will be taking their business with me as well! Save yourself the money and horrible customer service experience and head over to Savannah’s Nail & Polish or Roses in Columbus, MS. They’re great and have awesome nail techs and customer service! They don't even deserve this 1 star... they only have one person that can do nails there. I requested her they start talking in their language. The owner argued with me that my nails looked good although it was clear that he didn't clean the previous nail polish off & put acrylic over it. Let it me your LAST stop if you need your nails done!!!

Great work, fast service, awesome price!! Only problem was minor language barrier so it was difficult to communicate

They literally suck. I got a full set with gel polish and gel polish on my toes. I paid $65. During my time there they kept telling me to relax, I know for a fact I was relaxed, and that irritated me. They did a horrible paint job on my fingers and toes. I lost 2 nails and it has not even been 2 weeks.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever gone to in my life! The nail tech literally made me bleed!!!! My nails look terrible!!!
