My nails started to chip right after I left! They also left air bubbles in my nail polish. THE service was very good though!

These guys did an amazing job. My nails look exactly the way I wanted them to look. The nail techs were polite and efficient. Was a great experience. I am glad to have found my new permanent nail place. Will be bringing my daughter and grand daughter as well. Thanks y'all 👍

I play volleyball and the nails that they do are beautiful but not thick enough. I asked her to make the acrylic thicker *I was willing to pay* because I had volleyball and the lady looked at me and said they were strong so I would be fine. I paid 35 dollars *which isn't bad* for nails that barely lasted 2 days because the lady didn't do as asked. It makes me upset that I paid for nails that didn't last longer because she didn't want to add an extra coat of acrylic.

We were in town for my son's wedding and I scheduled manicures and pedicures for myself, my daughter and granddaughter. The team at Happy Nails was wonderful! They were quick but thorough, and everything was spotlessly clean and sanitary. They did beautiful work on my granddaughter's acrylics. My manicure lasted 10 days even with dishwashing, and my pedi is still looking perfect after almost two weeks. It's a shame we live so far away, I would be back regularly. My husband even got his hair cut there while he waited for us girls to be finished, and he was really impressed. Excellent experience all the way around. :)

I love my nails and I loved the lady that did my nails her customer service was great! However I did make an appointment for the following Friday for a little mother-daughter pedicure and called ahead to move my appointment time. The lady on the phone said I was fine and we moved the time up. I showed up at that scheduled time we had agreed upon and she told me I had to wait three hours, which I was a little confused considering I made an appointment. Sadly we did not get to complete our mother daughter day because we did not have three hours to wait. I was just a little confused on why we can schedule appointments but still have to wait hours to be seen, otherwise no complaints.
