I was there at 7.05 pm. They close at 8pm. There was no line. They told me to come next day because they are closing soon. I was asking just for a regular pedicure, nothing else. Such a shock! I’ve never been denied 20 mins service 1 hour before closing! Great job for keeping customers entertained!

Use to love this place they do good nails etc. With an appointment youre still in there waiting they got terribly rude and horrible with painting nails and have attitudes and act blind when you ask them to correct the mistakes they made. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They have zero confidence. Dont go here

So I’ve been coming to this nail shop a few months now. Ann does a great job and I trust her skills when it come to full sets. Helen was also a pleasure with my pedicures because she gets everything and paints really well! So as you can read I’m not here to bash this shop as a whole..However, as an establishment you should know your customers are ALWAYS right. As a paying customer who leaves tips almost every visit I wasn’t always treated nicely. One of the workers there would mug me and refuse to work with me when I came in for a pedicure one day and offered her services to a client who came in AFTER me. She was very rude and I told her to her face that you shouldn’t ignore customers in your place of business. Fast forward, I didn’t really care for her so I just didn’t deal with her and requested my favs every time. My last visit I was embarrassed and ridiculed after walking out, the owner stopped me to say I was no longer welcome because I made “people” feel uncomfortable when really it was that one woman who was rude to me first that she was referring to. I feel like as a business owner she should have checked her employee for her lack of respect and professionalism. I am saddened to have to be forced to find someone else to do my nails due to one pressed employee. Lol you need to do better Oasis.
