I came in one day with a few coworkers. The owner, Vincent, worked on my nails and did a great job they stayed on for 4 weeks. On the forth week one of the nails started to come up so I came in with a friend to get my nails taken off and redone. The women that did them was his daughter. She and her father were extremely kind and communicative and he was funny. The daughter overheard me telling my friend that I liked getting my nails done to help them grow, immediately she had recommended dip nails. I was weary since the last place I got dip nails made them chunky and they came off in a week but got them anyways. They look great. She made sure to ask me if there was anything I didn't like and had me check them before I left. They were really nice and I will be continuing to come here until I move. However on the other hand when I came in with my coworkers one of the other guys cut her finger with the nail drill and made them thicker and she will not be going back.

It was the worst pedicure I have every had. Not only was it expensive for the same job I could do better myself, the polish came off in less than a week.

I needed a manicure for my profession and since they're in the neighborhood I patronized their establishment much to my dismay. I entered, was told by Vincent it would be a twenty minute wait. I had no problem doing so and availed myself to the fine music and atmosphere. Many patrons in need of pedicures entered and were seated, not a problem as I acknowledge my being a walk in as opposed to appointments. I, after the twenty minute lapse have been seated and dipped nails in tepid water was serviced. I must admit this was my first visit here and my nails have become an issue, but the process taken to 'manicure' my ragged nails took less time to wait to have it done! Not to admit that they were successful in that regard as I have been clipping away at oversights that should have been addressed. Not so sure I'll return with results like this. The emphatic sale pitch to have a pedicure as well was over the top! I say, master the art of pleasing the customers, the rest will fall in play......you won't have to infer ........ Good, talented, skillful work speaks for itself!
