I literally just went in to get tips taken off my nails which is a standard procedure that any nail tech knows how to do. However, instead of soaking my nails first, he clipped them down and used another tip to go between the nail and snatch it off. Now I’m left with no fingernails. When i realized, i told him not to use the tool on my nail to file them down. But of course he didn’t listen. Also, you can tell when you’re hurting someone. If I’m wincing and ask you not to do something, you shouldn’t. Not to mention i had to wait 20 min bc only 3 people were working 🙄

If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would rate this place. I got my nails done four days ago and one nail already started lifting and broke off. Not to mention they got me for my $35 saying the pink solar acrylics “last longer.” Don’t get your acrylics done here.

Not happy at all with my nails. So I paid Forty Dollars for SNS only for them to chip only after one week. Will not be returning back here. I've paid thirty dollars for my SNS n it lasted longer in the past.

I got SNS for the first time ever last night...
I wasn’t happy with the results and I came back this morning to talk to them about it... I was told that it was done correctly.
I won’t ever come back... let’s just leave it at that.

Shicka did my nails pretty good. Service was a little slow, but she did a great job. (Fill in with Gel color)
