Went there today for an appointment to check on a pain I have been having. I was there 15 minutes early. I waited 50 minutes PAST my appt time in the waiting room while it was so dead you could hear a pin drop. One other person waiting and one person left in that time otherwise nothing. No apology no explanation. Finally got brought back and a lady asked me a ton of questions. Then she left and I waited quite a bit more in the very cold exam room. Dr finally came in and asked me a few vague questions and pressed on my foot a few times and then said he wanted an X-ray. Asked the same lady as earlier that took them if they were busy today trying to find out in a round about way why my appt was so late running. I got a vague answer that they were busy earlier. Back to the freezing cold exam room I went to wait more after the X-ray. Dr comes in to tell me that the xray is good and that my foot hurts because I am overweight - that’s why I walk on the outer portion of my foot? This was never discussed or evaluated. He would do an injection if I wanted but it would only help for a short time. Then he recommends I go buy several very expensive shoes from certain stores in town to wear shoes all the time. I asked him if the injection would hurt has bad as a previous injection I had had elsewhere for plantar fasciitis- he lightly chuckled for a moment and said that it would for about 30 seconds or so. No thank you I’m out. I’m a medical professional myself and cannot recommend this clinic for the above reasons. Very disappointed overall. I wanted very much to like it as they are close, the building is very nice and relaxing and well kept up and clean. It took me a year to go in and talk to someone about this pain and I essentially got blown off because of my weight. Save your self esteem, time and money and go elsewhere.
