I came to get pedicure and manicure. This woman sat me down put my foot in water and started cleaning. She only stopped after I asked her coworker of she was suppose to be helping me. I announced what I wanted when I came in and wrote it down. After 1.5 of my poorly attended pedicure. I gave instructions for my manicure and somehow they looked shocked. She say me down for manicure n started helping someone that came in 40 minutes after me. I've given them a few chances . Between her and the petite man with the temper. I'm through.

I've been coming to this nail spa since 2013. The staff are always pleasant and they take pride in their work. You will never feel as though they're rushing to assist the next customer.
While the above is true, you may experience a longer than usual wait time for service (avg. 45 mins - 1 hour). To avoid the long wait, I would recommend visiting Mon-Wednesday and ask for Monica!

I arrived at 10:13am to a growing line outside the shop in an attempt to fix 1 broken nail & get an eyebrow wax. The shop which is scheduled to open at 10am was not open on time and eventually at 10:35am 2 members of the staff showed up to open the shop. They attempted to move rather quickly to get customers signed in and shifted to either the nail or pedicure stations. My observation is that If the facility would have opened on time with a staggered staff for a Saturday rush it may have alleviated some customer frustration. This shop does quality work but need to work on timeliness because this isn't the first time they havent opened the shop on time.

I went there for a pedicure , and they did a great job! I called ahead for appt, I'm glad I did. They were really busy.

I come at 4 and didn't get out til 7:30 first of all, second got a ped and had to ask why my feet still hard and had to stub my feet myself after explaining she didn't use the white side after the purple side so my feet felt ruff as HELL, like I don't no how a pedicure suppose to feel with all that said she told me I'll take $ 2 dollars off didn't. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN !!!!!!!!!! 😈😈😈😈
