Terrible! Made my feet bleed when exfoliating my feet during pedicure, incomplete pedicure.....tried to inform management, no received well... .Could go on and on.....not recommended.

Thank you so much our loyalty clients who have had visiting our salon all these years. We are truly appreciated your doing business with us. We would love to hear from all your feedbacks and it doesn’t matter they’re negative or positive ones. For those negative feedbacks would help us realized our problems and we’ll try our best to fix them to get better (no hashed feelings). Because we are ALL just human beings and we do make mistakes sometimes. We are perfecting ourseves everyday. Also, we won’t forget give thanks for those who have had positive feedbacks as a way recognized us for our hard-workings. This will strengthen us and that will take us to the next levels (more challenges). We promised will continue keep up with our hard wor and even more. For those who are unsatified for any reason, please feel free to speak to our store manager before you leave the shop or you can come back we promised will fix it right. Because we do care for our clients and will take anything into considerations and there shouldn’t be a problem! (If you given us an opportunity to do so.)

I went in for a manicure and was treated wonderfully. The young lady who did my nails was very polite and talkative. She asked about my family, what I did for a living and if there was any special occasion for having my nails done. We talked about my son's graduation and his subsequent entry into the military. When I left, I was much more relaxed and ready to tackle the last few errands before my son's graduation party.

Went in for a spa pedicure and was nothing great about it, the technician took over an hour with not having the right instruments and I didn’t even get a massage, the shellac that was applied was horrible. Never returning again, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
