I may have found one of the best nail salons in town. Nice relaxing Pedicure! I had pretty dry hands, cuticles and the staff helped me. The staff here are so awesome! They also were extremely professional in their craft. The prices are competitive. Will defiantly be coming here again. All in all, GREAT products.

My second time here and both nail technicians did well with my pedicure. My polish has stayed on for weeks. It's nice and open here with large tv screens and beautifully decorated.

So today this young man they say his name is thong I don’t know if it’s 100% his name because the other employees try to act like they didn’t know his name but 1 person said that was his name but he had a horrible attitude and told me if I have a problem talk to the manager, all because I asked him why am I paying $35 for a no chip fill in thats the price I normally pay for a full set. I didn’t ask with a attitude I really wanted to know because I thought fill ins was cheaper than a full set, not that I didn’t have the money I just never paid full price for a fill in because I been going to this place for years . But this young mans attitude was unacceptable he needs to be fired all I did was asked a simple question and he popped off this the first time this type of behavior ever happened to me at this location but just for that alone will not ever step foot in that establishment ever again I’m just gonna go back to Rosevelt and Ashland or find me a nice black owned nail shop to spend my hard earned money. But anyway thank you me me for finishing the job but that lil situation rubbed me the wrong way y’all will lose plenty of customers with that guy still working there. He’s one of the young employees that work there, he’s chubby with a Mohawk.

Went there today to get my brows done. I waited about 15 minutes before being greeted. After being greeted, I was told to go to the back for service. I waited for 10 minutes and then someone came back to do my brows. The lady who came back was told to stop in the middle of doing someone’s nails so when she came back to do my brows, I asked that she wash her hands. She declined and said someone else would service me.
Be aware, horrible customer service!

I gotta say - I am Impressed And I think Maxim Nails has just earned themselves another fan. The atmosphere is clean, cozy and inviting. I'll be back for a mani in the morning!
