I have been going here for about 9 months now whenever I'm in town, which is once or twice a month. They always remember me and are very polite and have even asked me if my friend is okay if she isn't with me, so I know they remember me. I haven't had any of the issues mentioned in the other reviews and, to be honest, they've always done an excellent job and taken their time... the only complaint I have ever had was that one time I was in a hurry (didn't tell them) and it seemed like they took forever.
I don't think I've ever seen the place without any customers, but I think I've only had to wait twice, which is nice The biggest thing in my book is that they are 1 of 2 places in OKC that seem to be able to wax my eyebrows right, and their pricing is much more competitive than the other, for everything.

$205 in services...5.13 per nail between my daughters and I and the tech tells my girl there's an extra charge to even out her thumb nails. We ended up at the drug store for antibiotic ointment because her nail beds are cut up. We do not recommend. My tech had to paint my French white tips 3 times for the 'look' I requested. Unsatisfactory.
Went back this morning for a refund on my girl's nails without an issue.

Was in town visiting my daughter and decided to treat her to nails and pedicures. The guy that did my pedicure did a basic job (too quickly), no cutting or filing of nails. I did a fill in and while she was trimming my cuticles she cut three of them that after a week still have the scabs. I don't understand why they were in such of a hurry because there wasn't anyone in there when we got there. (that should've sent off alarms) They were rude and ignored your questions. Will not go back!

worst place to go. my nails look like I did them. They were rude and sloppy. I got acrylics they are thick and uneven.

The water was cold, the service was poor , and they just want to get you in and out like you are a fast food service customer.
