Best salon and spa I’ve been to! I love the staff they are always friendly and helpful. Tried an a line haircut on me before in another salon and they did horrible 😩 I tried this one and Nadia did an amazing job. I love my haircut !!! 😍 oh and the hair products are great and they smell good too. I recommended my cousin to come here and she loved it!

I had a great experience getting a haircut last minute at Erin Milan. I was in town for a wedding and the haircut was top notch! If anyone goes there, I highly recommend the woman who cut my hair named Marina, amazing stylist and friendly too. Hope this review helps everyone!

I had an amazing experience here at Erin Milan. I went from black to red hair. This process would've been very damaging anywhere else, but with the products they use and the care they took my hair still feels nice and healthy. I'm about to go in for my touch up and my color still looks very vibrant. I can say that I'm very impressed.

I've been a client here for the better part of a year and I love it. Every stylist here is very welcoming and attentive. Nadia is awesome and so friendly, she always does a great job on my hair and is very helpful with any questions or concerns I might have. I decided to perm my hair last summer and she has been great in helping me achieve the look I wanted by incrementally changing the size of the rods each time I come in. I love my perm! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all staff members. When I decided on a whim to get my hair permed, it was during an appointment that was originally for a cut only so there was a bit of a time constraint. Instead of me feeling rushed, Sonia and Jenn took turns helping Nadia finish rolling my hair so they could accommodate the next appointment when mine went overtime. I appreciated their team effort and never felt like I was an imposition on them. Nadia and the rest of the staff are super helpful in suggesting products and styling techniques to keep my curls looking good. I really look forward to my Friday morning appointments with Nadia every couple months, I would absolutely recommend her and the salon to anyone!

The worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. I will never return. The entire time the staff was talking about how busy they were and trying to push clients off on someone else so they can leave early. Unprofessional and not worth time or your money. I go to plenty aveda salons and have never had this terrible experience. Terrible!
