So I checked online to verify if an appt was needed. I get to the shop and the guy asks if I had an appt. “If no appt I cant help you.” Business door and site says walk ins welcome. First impressions mean a lot, my impression is they offer selective service.

TRUE nails is by far the VERY BEST nail salon I believe that I have ever experienced. They are very professional and they believe in GIVING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I love the staff there who I have dealt with: Big shouts out to:::: you Frank, Tammy, Sherrie, and Billy!!! Please do NOT change a single thing of what you’re doing! I have looked such a long time to find a decent nail salon, so I am very grateful and thankful to have found it! Regardless of the new one coming to my own small hometown (in Raymond, MS) I am staying right where I am!!!!
