I went it a few years back with my aunt while visiting & the lady used the machine so hard on my nails! I said ouch and flinched a good 3x and bled on my cuticles & she never got it or didn't stop. It was strange

I previously gave this place a bad rating because of one worker who has no customer service skills named Apple she is nasty and frequently argues with customers when the manager isn't around me a few months ago and today I witnessed it with someone else ... but I'm changing that because Giba is fantastic and everyone else is professional.
