I am not one to usually write reviews whether they’re good or bad especially a negative one but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I had a gift certificate so I figured I would go and use it while I was around the area. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and they said it would be about 15 minutes so I went across the street to T.J. Maxx for not even 10 minutes and came back, waited about 20 to 25 minutes until they finally acknowledge me and told me to have a seat in a chair which was not even set up yet. I waited another 30 minutes VERY PATIENTLY until they started taking care of another women that came in 20 minutes after me. At this point I walked out and not one person apologized. I will never go here again and threw out the gift card because I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They do a decent job but the place is honestly filthy and my friend got a bacterial infection from here. Not sure why they are still in business or haven’t properly cleaned the place

I have been coming to Cherry 's for over 2 years. I come when I'm attending an event and several times during the summer. Sadly I've been burned twice. Once with wax the next with cutbacks.
In May i had an eyebrow wax (rarely done) 1. You never blow on the wax to cool it off..(wave it) less bacteria from the mouth to go on a clients face. 2. 6/8 Paraffin wax only 1 dip to the usual 3?! It took them 2x longer to remove very thin wax. At least 2 dips please. Many know this is a perk of this salon. One dip is unacceptable. Toe paint was done well. finger paint? cuticles still there.not painted to the edge means..I look like the color is growing out that day and onward. No massage for another client .where did the massuese go? No one took off my toe spacers..it was down to 3 cleints . 7 staff. Really? My finger tips look horrible .Get it together. Funny when I did the waxing, a client in the chair kept shaking her head to not do it. I waited for another girl to do and she still shook her head now I know why!

I'll never be back here. They gave me a guy who was clearly in training. I tried to be patient, but even after I complained to the management, they were reluctant to give me a skilled person. The women were rude and completely standoffish. They all but refused to service me. The manager had to finish my nails & I went with a basic mani over my usual gel nails just to get the hell out of there.
