DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $!!!! 0 RATING!!! Went in for a fill in. The man cut my nails so short it hurt. To cover up his mess he just put a globe of gel nail polish on them. They were so short they couldn't even be filed or shaped. I paid & left but came back the next day to get them fixed and the man that did them wasn't there & I explained to the guy that was there & he remembered me & had me soak them to start all over. After getting the acrylic off 45 mins later the guy that did them "the boss" came in. The guy that was fixing them told me the boss said it would be $30.00 & I said no I shouldn't have to pay for him messing them up then ask me to talk to the boss he started by saying he asked all customers when he cuts the first nail before he goes on if the length is ok well I told him he didn't ask me cause he knew he had cut it to short & just cut them all off. I wasn't going to pay them again to fix the mess they made of my nails!!! Do not go here!!! My nails hurt where they were cut too short!! Terrible service!!!! I ask for my $ back so I could go somewhere else to get them fixed he refused!!

Extremely long wait times, even if you're just getting eyebrows. Workmanship is very subpar, ended up having to get a refund on my nails after they were messed up badly 3 times during the same sitting. Used to come here for just eyebrows after that, until I was having to wait such long periods I'd have to leave; and on the occasion they did my eyebrows, it was done badly with a lot of hair leftover
Their times online and on their door don't match their actual open times, it's very unpredictable and their times vary with no rhyme or reason. And now I've been back twice in two weeks and each time they've told me their apparently ONE eyebrow lady is on vacation for several weeks...don't waste your time here, I'm sure not wasting anymore of mine.

I use to go to the nail salon beside Dunkin Donuts . After having to wait 1-2 hours even after making appointments, I decided to give this place a try. I have been twice & so far I am so pleased. I walk in & do not have to wait! Also I’m really shocked at how fast the get acrylics done! Best nail place in gallatin! I will be back.

This was one of the worst places I’ve tied. My sister and I wanted a pedicure & fill-in. When the attendant directed us to a chair only one of the bowls was filled with water. When I ask for some water, I was told not yet. I’m not sure what they were waiting on. It was only when they realized I was not happy did they fill up the bowl to soak my feet. When I ask for gel on my toes, the attendant gave me the impression she didn’t want to put gel polish on my toes then told me it would be $25 extra. I have no problem paying extra for the gel on my toes but this was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
