Amazing service, friendly staff all around great experience. The owner has gone out of her way for my kids, my family and I on a so many different occasions I can't even count them. She is a very busy women and has children of her own. Seeing one spiteful person angry because of her one experience and slandering someone before she knows the person as a person is childish and the reason why there is so much hate in the world. Instead of dragging people down, try putting yourself in their shoes and understanding where others are coming. If someone is sick then try being sympathetic. It sounds to me like in reality missing and hour of a day is time well spent with one's self! Everyone is human! Get over yourself hater!

I had an appointment with Hillary, the owner, scheduled for 10 and by 10:20 the other (very nice) stylists called her to ask where she was. She was sick, but did not bother to call me. My husband had to take time off from work to watch our children. Hillary wasted 2 hours of my entire family's time and money (including travel and wait for both my husband and I).
My first appointment with Hillary, she was 15 minutes late, but I didn't think this was unreasonable because people are busy. I now know she just has poor business skills and average cut and color.

A really welcoming place. Great women with awesome skills. Everyone is great and between them there is nothing they can't do. But Erica Mann is my favorite she handles my color and I just love it. I take my whole family. Best haircut my husband has ever had.

Both myself and my boyfriend get our hair cut (and colored for myself) here. Erica takes care of us, she is awesome. She is always so quick to get us in for an appointment and always greets us with a smile. The building is small, but the rest of the staff is friendly. They offer both nails and waxing as well, though we have never used those services.

I moved to Eugene over a year ago and this is my 3rd salon looking for a good hair cut. I finally found it and so pleased with the quality service with Cheryl Lott. She asked me what I wanted and delivered in a fast professional way. I will return as a regular. Thank you Cheryl!
