I went on a Tuesday to get dark all over color with red highlights.. All I left with, $115 later, was dark brown hair with a red streak on the side bangs.. So I went back a week later to get the red highlights that I PAID FOR and still you cannot see any highlights. Just faint colors of red that can only really be seen in sunlight. I didn't realize highlights were so difficult to do! It was not a hard request. I also left with red hair dye on my face and neck. Very disappointed! I will not be back!
