This place is very poorly managed! I made a pedicure appt for myself and 3 family members on Sunday at 12pm. We arrived and still have to wait to be seen. They began pedicures on 3 out of 4 of us. We sat and watched them attend to 3 other clients that walked in after we did! They never even gave us the complimentary drinks in this 91 degree heat!

Andy was really nice and did a great job. He really took time to make sure the design was what I wanted.

My mom, sister, and I all got a mani/pedi today and it was an fantastic experience. The staff was great, our nails look great, we love the location and the ambience. Wine made the experience even better. This is definitely going to our new place!

Not only were the workers rude, but as soon as my family and I walked in for pedicures they looked at us as if we shouldn’t have been there to begin with. I’ve never felt so unwelcome somewhere and will not be returning. They did decide to do our nails, but only right before they closed, thinking we’d decide to not want to get our nails done. They didn’t finish until 10:00 pm and they charged $160 for just two mani-pedis.
