TERRIBLE SERVICE, PRICING, AND PRODUCTS!!! I went to get gel polish on my nails, and it only lasted one day! It immediately chipped, and then simply "popped off" - this has NEVER happened before - what a waste of time and money! Before the lady began, I asked her to clean my nails with alcohol or acetone, but she refused (and with an attitude). Then I asked if I should wash my hands before she put the polish on, but she said NO, and when she was almost done, she warned me that if I had used hand lotion earlier that day, then the polish would not stay on.... WHAT??!! Who's the "nail expert" here? And why would she refuse to clean the surface of the nails if she knew hand lotion would compromise the service? The place charges 25% MORE than the standard in the whole county for a simple polish request - no manicure, just polish.
To make things worse, the lady was very rude, and considering that she appears to be the owner/manager, you would think she would show an effort. The whole experience was more than upsetting. I will not return to this nail salon.

I've been coming to this location for the past 9 months and since the first time that I got my nails done by Annie it has definitely been an amazing experience. Annie is very professional and she does a wonderful job with all of my needs. I am forever sticking with Annie! thank you for always keeping my nails looking the best.

So glad I learned about this place. I'm one of the most particular people out there and just about everybody that works there does an amazing job in my opinion. They definitely know it because they charge spa rates and they even call to confirm appointments which they are always on time for unlike my other nail tech who is always running behind and gives zero notice. I believe a 30 minute pedicure is $35 or $40 which is much higher than average. Is it worth the price? Absolutely. Your toes will look flawless for minimum 2 weeks. Not a single chip in polish (and I basically live in running shoes). Highly recommend this little gem of a spa :) Going in for another pedicure tonight! Going to try a new tech just for fun!

It was the worst manicure I've ever had. The first girl left me and did a mani/pedi on another person. I had to ask if I was still being seen. Throughout the experience I was bounced around and the girl who Was the last straw was on her phone talking about her boyfriend. They destroyed my nails and still asked me to pay the full amount. So now I have to pay another salon to fix what they messed up.
