I was looking for a certain feminine under garment in a specific size. Imagine my dismay when l could not find it. What l did find were two garments in the standard generic color. I proceeded to address this with the floor cashier. I could have sworn that she was listening to me, as l explained to her in great depth, my complaint. Instead, she looked at me and proceeded to get me to sign up for a Macy's credit card? Seriously? I'm talking about one specific thing. And she's up here trying to get me signed up for a credit card. Forget that. I will do my shopping on line from here on in. 😡

I love the prices when there's a great sake going on here. The issue I have is the long wait to get rung up. I literally went to three different registers to get checked out. The associates move st their own speed, and I purchased a birthday gift for my husband and could not get a gift box after going to three different registers. I go for the prices, not the service😌😌

I really enjoyed being at Macy's. Very courteous Staff. I bought some perfume called Miracle very fabulous!

I am still old school. I need to touch and feel clothes before I buy anything. I enjoy the set up of the store and the sales.

Macy's!!!!!!! Sometimes you never know when you are going to have a great shopping experience. Today..i experienced an unbelievable early bird deal!!!!!!! Great service , which in some places...hard to come by.
