Outstanding !! Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. Sarah does my nails, and she knows exactly how I like them. Shes so creative and artistic !! 😊

I have never had such a negative experience at a nail salon. Unfortunately, the people who work there are the most rude people I have ever met. I was rushed out of the salon before they finished my services. They told me they were “closing now” even though I requested to have a manicure and pedicure. They refused to give me the owners name and then pretended to not understand me when I asked for the employees’ name who was rushing me out of the salon. Don’t waste your money.

The employees were very nice and helpful. They made my little sisters feel comfortable and at ease. They even made suggestions to make sure I got the full value out of their services. They did smudge one of my nails when doing the clear coat, but he immediately cleaned the whole nail and redid it completely. I appreciated the amount of time they took to make sure everything was perfect.

Never again. Staff was so rude, and appointments are not honored. Without showing me the menu, they put lavender in the water and I thought it was free. They charged me $15!! It is very small and cramped. The person never trimmed my cuticles and polish did not cover nail.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Sarah’s - visiting the salon every two weeks for the exact same service - for two years now. At my most recent visit I was double charged for my regular shellac manicure. When I inquired about it, I was told that Sarah said there was nothing she could do about it. Not only that, but she didn’t take a moment to discuss the issue with me herself. What a disappointing way to treat your loyal customer. I won’t be returning to this salon and I recommend others do not patronize a salon with such little regard for customer service.
