I would give zero starts if I could. My visit started by the nail techs taking the mother/daughter that walked in after me first. No appointment. I waited about 20 minutes before they got to me and then the entire time the tech was bouncing back and forth between 3 of us. She was rushed and sloppy. Not only was I not given her full attention and a relaxing experience, hours later my nails hurt because she was so rough. I will never return to this establishment. I

I have beeen going to this nail shop since 2011 and lately I've noticed that their work is not the quality that it use to be. I'm usually not one to complain but when I pay a nice amount for my nails and toes to be done with shellac polish so it won't peel or chip and three days after getting my nails and toes done my nails chip them I have a problen with that. Then I call the owner and tell her what happened and she tells me to come back in so I go back in and she acts like she has an attitude then this is not a place where I will be spending anymore of my money.

OMG my REAL nail fell off! I kept telling them as they were drilling my shellac off that it was hurting me. That continued until i screamed in pain then painted over my old gel.... the next day my nail fell off. Im pretty sure the drill they were using was not intended for human nails !!

Beyond disappointed & annoyed with the quality of Glam's work now that it's under new management🙄😣 Was a loyal customer for YEARS & went in twice now to only get pissed that once I'm on my way home I notice the mistakes! My 1st time, I'm a shellac/gel color girl only...so how my nails got smudged...I'm clueless. Then I realized she used the bottom/base coat AGAIN as my topcoat which is why they didn't cure properly. And then they did something weird to my toenails because they were all bumpy. For the price I pay for a mani & pedi that are BOTH Shellac gel color...I expect a much better end result.

Had a nail built to lengthen it to match the rest of my nails and they didn't shape the rebuilt nail very well, it looks funky.... and wanted a natural looking pink and white gel polish, showed a pic of exactly what I wanted and she put the pink on my full nail and then put bright white on the tip, I asked if there she had a more natural, not so bright white and the 2 ladies were chattering away, sounding irritated, in their language, but she got the natural white and did 2 coats over the pink tip and it shows right thru.... I still tipped her and thanked them but I won't go back.... usually I would say something but I was too irritated to be polite, so I left.... also a lady next to me was getting her nails done and had obvious nail fungus on one nail and the nail tech continued to work on her nails.... yuck!!
