I'm writing this because my wife won't. She has gone to US Nail for a long time for pedicure and manicure services and has enjoyed it. I have even bought gift certificate for her there. However, she decided to try a wax treatment for a special occasion. It was awful! She came home with 2nd degree burns on her face. The special occasion wasn't so special.

They have the worst service ever. It was my first time there and I was treated horrible. I do not recommend this place at all!!

The best US Nails location by far! Call before to reserve you a seat, and enjoy your mani/pedi in this clean, peaceful environment!

I went to go get a fill. When i was about to pay she said it was going to be 20 instead of 16. I asked her why and she says because of the shape. She got so mad and they all started yelling and looking at me. I had to walk out. I would not recommend this place at all. They are so rude. The worse experience I have ever had. I would give this zero stars of I could.

CRAPPY!!!! I made an appointment for 6:30 this place had me wait for a full 30 mins, before coming up to me and telling me they won’t be able to get me in for another 30 mins!! I make nail appointments for a reason I don’t have time to sit and wait around!
