I have been coming to this nail salon since the beginning of this year. I love how they have so many options sometimes I get dip nails done and other times manicures. Tran always does a great job! I highly recommend this salon. Wine! Staff and everything always is refreshing.

I wanted to try this nail salon so I purchased a Groupon. I made a appointment came in choose my colors. I was happy that they were able to do the nail design that I wanted for mother’s day. It was very clean and modern. The girls were so sweet and helpful. I had a coke to unwind. I will be back with my kids soon.

BEST NAIL SALON!! My nails are always so prefect. I love the jelly pedicure and Sam and Sarah always make me vodka sprites.

Worst nail place ever. The nail tech was so rude and unprofessional. Before she started, I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and I told her I wanted a new set, but she said it’d be better if I used the acrylics I already had, which were glittered. Obviously, when she was done you could see my old nails, which wasn’t even the worst part of it all because she was going so fast that she had messed up almost half of my nails. When I told them I didn’t like my nails, and that she had messed them up, she blamed me and told me she would re-do them if I payed twice. I was so angry that I started crying, and she continued to be rude to me. When I asked the receptionist who the owner was, she lied and said she wasn’t there. Then, I asked the nail tech the same thing, and she pointed at her and told me that she was her family. I asked if she knew how rude she was to customers, and she said yes. Do not come here!!!!!!! I’m so glad the ladies at Kristine’s Nails on Fry Rd & Clay were able to fix them- I recommend everyone to go there instead of this horrible place.

I usually love this place and come often every (10 to 14 days) but lately the customer service in the front has sucked! The young lady in the front who claims to be a manager was very rude (which is typically not like her) and acted like she didnt care about my complaint. I came on Tuesday and was told you all were booked and to come back. When I come the day they advised yall are booked all over again.
