Ashley is very personable. Always knows how to make me feel welcomed. I can always rely on her to make my nails look perfect, I don’t even have to tell her what to do-she surprises me everytime! Never have been disappointed. The salon is so clean and everyone is super friendly upon arriving.

Ally always does an amazing job accomidating any different way I want my nails. She is always willing to work hard for what I personally want and when I tell her to do whatever she wants she always does something extremely creative! She's the best 💓

After nearly 40 years I’ve decided to have my nails done. I went in to inquire about services as this was much closer to my home than the place I went to two days before. First of all it was unclear who to talk to. The woman at the first chair on the right when you walk in apparently works there but was doing her own nails. She is the one that I have qualms with. I asked about gel vs lacquer pain services and that woman girl tried telling me I needed a fill already which I was leery about. The woman in the next chair seemed more reasonable an suggested end of next week would make more sense. (Did the first place do a bad job or was she just trying make a buck off someone that has no clue?)
Then when blond doing her nails asked about what I had on them now in terms of paint I incorrectly pronounced the nail polish and top coat and the nail tech laughed at me right in my face.
Overall it Really felt like she not only irritated with me from the moment I walked in, but laughing at a potential client over lack of knowledge on a subject matter is uncalled for and unprofessional.
If having these services are supposed to make you feel good don’t go here because at least one of the staff make you feel totally belittled. I’m so thankful they didn’t have a spot that would accommodate me because I’m sure I would have taken it and then felt bad and stressed the whole time.
Again this review does not pertain to the whole facility as I did not interact with everyone just the one woman.

Chasen Perfection is a great salon! VERY clean with amazing nail techs. Jackie does my nails and she is amazing. I am never disappointed after an appointment. All of the techs are wonderful and they always make you feel at home. I highly recommend them! I'd never go anywhere else!
