The fellow who did my nails chastised me for cutting my cuticles in the past, which I did not appreciate. Everywhere I've ever gotten my nails done they cut them, it's pretty standard! Was disappointed with how my dip nails turned out, the color was not exactly what I wanted but he tried his best. Then my nails started cracking and coming off just a couple of days after getting them. Will not be going back.

Unprofessional! Called in advance to make sure they had time for a Shellac Full Set & Pedi. Got there 10 minutes later, like I promised I'd be and was looked up and down by the 2 women sitting on there phones at the manicure station. I told them I'd just called & needed a Full Set & Pedi. They responded that they were "too busy" & could only do the Full Set. Mind you, there were 0 customers in the building & the 2 of them were just sitting on their phones when I came in. Waste of my time.

They did pretty good job! I love it! They are so nice and the person who do my nail is so funny and professional! :D

This place is a gem! The staff is kind and hard working. They really care about quality for each person. Plus I am addicted to the powder dip and they have a wonderful selection of colors
