I had a perfect experience here! It wasn't super busy when I walked in but it was busy enough, regardless I was seen very quickly! Joe did my nails and I swear he is a perfectionist. He paused to inspect each nail between every step, making sure they looked amazing. I have NEVER been happier with my nails. Joe did not slack AT ALL and on top of it he had wonderful conversation. If you don't make an appointment for Joe you cant guarantee that you will get him, I just happened to be very very lucky! I found my new nail tech for sure. The salon itself is very clean and updated, and they have a huge selection of colors to choose from. Worth noting that they no longer accept tips on cards, which may be the only downside in this entire experience

You'll see my previous 5 star review of this place was written 2 weeks ago. Well 6 days after I got my nails done two of them snapped IN HALF while I WAS TYPING. I wasn't doing anything to warrant them breaking, but they broke cleanly in half at the tips of my fingers, leaving me with 8 long stiletto nails and two broken nails. For 2 weeks I have been calling the salon to let them know what happened with no answer. I don't want to waste the time driving there if they don't even care enough to answer the phone. Not sure if the technique was wrong or if they just use cheap acrylic. I'm really disappointed because a salon finally got the shape right only to have this happen. I wish I would have saved the picture. NEVER come here.

Called this place to make an appt and the lady just hung up on me mid conversation. Then I called back and a guy answered the phone and in mid conversation he started speaking their native language set the phone down and started helping customers and never came back to the phone. So after a few min I hung up. The phone stayed off the hook for over 30 mins.

This was the first and last time I will visit this salon. The greeting was rude without communication skills !!! For $50.00 my French manicure and pedicure are not filled in properly and only one coat of polish The technician hardly scrubbed my feet and no massage just awful service, never again 😤
