My wife had the worst experience here with the rudest people. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. My wife’s nails were crooked because the technician chose to rush through the service to help someone who was supposedly on a tight schedule. My wife wanted other services and they told her to come back tomorrow because other customers were waiting. The fact that her money wasn’t worth there time is ridiculous. Since they refused to fix her nails and perform the other services she was paying for they argued with her in front of the salon about the situation. My wife left and I called up there to resolve the situation and the Manager would not give us a refund and told me to call back later cause he was busy. This place is an absolute joke and I do not wish for anyone to have to deal with there incompetent staff.

Love them. This is the best place to get pampered! I visit every 2 weeks, and each time the service is on point. The hospitality is also number one in Athens. This place is a must!

Went in on easter weekend they were super busy, but very organized. The wait was quoted 30 mins but I got in about 15. SNS nails and one of the best pedicures have ever had. The hot stone message is a must try. Even though they were super busy my services did not feel rushed.

It was weird!! Lady did a great job on my SNS but the other lady doing my pedicure was not good. She chose the polish for me and it wasn't a matching or even remotely similar to my sns fingernails! And about 2 weeks later I had 3 ingrown toenails as they were cut wrong. Nope not up to par.

I was completely ignored, overlooked, or too invisible to be seen for at least the third time. Too many other salons in our community to be treated so poorly!
