After reading all this bad reviews, I have change my mind and find a different source of energy to provide for my needs. Some of these are extremely absurd and abusive to Custumer and I don't want to be one.

Atmos is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I am constantly searching for another natural gas provider in my area; they will NEVER get better unless they have some other company taking their business away. I literally hate dealing with ATMOS; Signed up for "ebill".....never received....cut off our gas..now I always have to make sure that I DO NOT sign up for "ebill" with this POS company. Recently, made a payment on the 19th of the month for $50. The account I paid with I KNOW had money to cover....for some reason, a "returned check" fee of $20 was added on the 27th. THis is NOT the first time with Atmos. I seriously cannot stand that this company is able to exist.

No ebill received, no email or phone notice of pending disconnect, then $150 charge to reconnect. Email billing was registered but never received ebill. Rep confirmed Atmos had my correct email and phone and should have received emails, yet they would not waive fee. So now family has no hot water for days. Not acceptable.

We made a payment on the same day we were told services were to be shut off. We were told if we paid on that day, we would have gas the next day. We call to verify reconnection done on Thursday and are told we won't have gas until Monday because Friday is a holiday. We have small children and they wouldn't even work with us. No hot water no gas for the stove. It took them 2 minutes to shut it off, I don't understand why it can't be turned back on in the same amount of time. We paid the day they told us to and it was still shut off...
