I am SO lucky to have found this nail salon by chance when I moved to the area. Mainly because Sarah always does a slammin job on my gel nails and is just so funny/sweet. If you have the chance to make an appointment ahead of time definitely request her! The salon is also very clean and pretty welcoming.

Only reason why im giving it 3 stars , is because they do REALLY GOOD PEDICURES!! But when it comes to nails. Horrible.. i had acrylic nails i wanted to take off and the owner told me $10 then i was charged $20 by a Hispanic lady that took my nails off for me.. then she broke 1 of my nails and had the nerve to try to charge me.. she rushed the nail polish process and it came out looking sloppy!!.. i will be complaining next time i see the manager...

I decided to try this location as it was so close to work for me so that convenience factor was great! I could run out at lunch and get my nails done in a timely manner. I usually got the dip powder, which was always the way to go and every time I went to Lam, she did a great job. It was only until recently had Sara started doing my nails that it was making me uncomfortable. Every time I would sit down, she would say "I will do a good job, just you wait," and at when she finished she stressed again that she did a good job.
This past time, I was leaving for vacation and decided that I would get a full set, pedicure and eyebrows done. The owner convinced me to do Pink and Whites as they are the best. I was hesitant as I have never gotten them done before, I went in wanting to get acrylics with gel mani on top so that the nails wouldn't turn yellow from being in the sun. Sara started doing my nails and I finally said, no do them the way that I want and she got mad, to the point that I was uncomfortable and wasn't sure what to do. So I caved and said do Pink and Whites and she started throwing a temper tantrum because she had already putting everything away. She finally finished my nails and again said I do a go job, see I do a good job. I must admit they DID look good, until 3 days later when my nails starting popping off and lifting while on vacation. I got back from vacation on Monday and sure enough on Tuesday I went in to get the nails fixed. The owner was very accommodating and started working on my nails. She apologized but then suddenly handed me over the Sara again. I was livid. They started talking in the language and that is when the owner started questioning me saying that I need to come back every two weeks that this will happen. I informed her that it hadn't even been two weeks and sure enough she looked it up in the appointment book and confirmed it hadn't. After she walked away Sarah proceeded to tell me everything that was wrong with my nails and that this would continue to happen. I have been getting my nails done for years with tips. Up until the last 2 years that I finally grew my nails out and just got manicures. My nails became thin which is why I decided to go back to tips.
They fixed my nails, but I can honestly say that I will never go back to this place. They are over priced when it comes to tips. For Pink and Whites, Pedicure and Eye Brows it costed $118 dollars plus tip. It's not about the money, I don't mind paying it, but when I pay that much for a service and it doesn't even last 3 days that is where the issue lies.
I will say that the owner asked to make it right and have me come back, but I just can't see myself doing that as I will feel uncomfortable with Sara doing my nails and talking in a different language about me.
They just need better customer service from the technicians. The owner was good and it's unfortunate I have to negatively review this place based off the technician.

I had a manicure and pedicure recently. They took a decent amount of time with my feet, which was nice since many other nail salons in the area seem to rush through it. The nails on my hands were shaped beautifully. A lady that seemed like the owner was very nice and accommodated me by doing my eyebrows just as the salon was about to close. I felt beautiful and rejuvenated after I left.

I have been going there for years everybody is super sweet .Genie is the best always cares about how you feel about the service you have done.
