I have been going to this salon for about 3 years and I no longer feel comfortable going there. Once I feel uncomfortable I’m gone. Not all staff is professional and warm. They just take your money and dismiss you. The owner doesn’t acknowledges her customers only her peoples. Attitudes up in the air with certain staff. Appointments rules are not being enforced. I still have to wait over an hour to be attended to. Also, not all nail techs quality of work is top notch. Chi Chi she’s been good to me whenever I want my finger nails done and so has the lady with light brown hair with glasses who does feet and hands. Other than that please work on hospitality, warmth and appointments.

My hair extensions were done by Paola. Its difficult to say I have any hair extensions. They look natural 😍 Thanks Paola she's the best

I had a 6:30 appointment and rushed to not be late. Arrived on time for reception to say that the tech I choose is running 1hr late.. now I can sit and wait or do my nails with another tech.
The reason I’m bothered is because if I booked an appointment and the tech is running lateeee.. common curtesy would be to call and notify client.
Also because I booked with that tech because I was referred by a friend saying that her nails were bomb so I got excited. Now I’m sitting here doing my nails with a tech wondering If maybe they might come out nice.
Plus the tech they switched me to said if it breaks within 7 days I can come back and she will fix it.. yikes! I’m happy I have this option but should I be scared.

The owner should worry more about HER business.
I went there two times;
Staff is rude and inconsiderate, a new client won't feel comfortable because they will treat you good if they know you.
Communication is not up to par.
And its like a get together.

They didn’t answer the telephone so I decided to stop by and schedule an appointment. This place looks raggedy, dirty, unsanitary, and outdated. Didn’t even try to go inside; I saw enough through the window. I decided to skip the “professional” mani/pedi and did it myself.
