As a walk-in, Mimi was able to see me within 30 mins. The shape and quality of work was awesome. I didn’t have gel sticking to my skin. I would definitely go there to see her again

This was probably the worst most expensive experience I have ever had doing my nails. A complete waste of money. They cut my toe doing my pedicure, the nail polish was clumpy and messy even after the second try and when I told them they still were messy they just smiled and laughed it off. They did my "manicure" while I was sitting in the pedicure seat with the UV light on my lap to dry my nails. My left arm was numb by the time we were done. Not to mention, it's the day after and instill have shellac nail polish on my skin around my nails and they look horrible. Needless to say, I will be calling my original nail lady to fix this madness because I refuse to go even 24 hours with this childish execution of a "manicure and pedicure". The only good thing out of the visit was that my 4year old loved her nails.....at least! NEVER AGAIN!

First time here. I’ve been on the search for a great nail place. Figured I’d try it out. I won’t go back. The mani was quick which was nice however the color required 3 coats which I was told no. & the top coat was so thick and had a yellow tint. made my gel mani look dingy already. The woman doing my nails had filthy nails which grossed me out. She also left clear paint all over my cuticles. Won’t go back. Especially after reading the reviews.

My service here has been great until today... about a week and a half ago I got the lash extensions. They hurt ever since day one. Today I just could not take it anymore and decided to go in to see if they could do something. The girl who “helped” me said oh yes I see one of the lashes is basically in your eye. She said she would recommend me just taking them off. So she put some kind of liquid on my eyes to loosen the glue and she said she would be back in “5 mins”. She eventually came back after me sitting there with my eyes shut and having to ask someone who walked by to get her. She came in the room check them and said I need to sit longer. So I did. More time passed. She didn’t come check on me so I decided to start to wipe it off on my own. I did the best I could. Then the girl who actually put them on came into the room and then told me I’m all set. When I was leaving she told me it would be 10$ for the removal. I could not believe that she was gonna charge me for removing lashes that I didn’t even have on for 2 weeks and then leaving me in a room to basically remove them myself and no one even come to check on me... I said to her that crazy and that I wasn’t going to pay 10$ for a service that I didn’t even get. She said ok and let me leave but probably only because there was a few people in there.
Today I learned to never ever do lashes again.
When I go here I see Myle. She is awesome. I do plan on coming still for nails because so far my experience with that has been great.
If you do lashes here just make sure they feel comfortable before you leave!

They were nice and gentle with my hands they do not put lotion on it after they’re done with their job and I had to ask for more than three times and show them on the sample pad what I was looking for for now polish they really don’t listen
