Went in one day and it was empty, asked to get a hair cut and they told me they were booked for another 2 hours. Didn't have that time and was annoyed because there were two stylists and no one there.
A few weeks later I was able to get an appointment. Told the person how I wanted my hair to be cut, she seemed to know what I wanted but the end result was the opposite. The transition of layers weren't right but that I dealt with it. What I wasn't happy about was what I noticed when I finally put my hair up.... The person who cut my hair left a big lock of hair that was way too long to even match the layers. It was as if she missed the whole piece. As I put my hair back down and looked in the mirror she did in fact cut my hair crooked on the left side, causing the extra long lock.
My lessons from this is to check both sides of my hair, instead of just the right side she showed me. Put my hair up in the store, to ensure there's no straggly locks. Learn to cut my own hair; save money and the hassle of finding a good place.

I have been going to Regis for about a year now and I realized there was a new lady who just recently got hired and she was going to be the one to cut my hair and wax my eyebrows. I'll make this one quick, she didn't wax all of the hair! She only did half of each eyebrow! I asked her to trim up my hair (I had a bob). I had felt that as she was cutting my hair she was really shaky, then when she tried to do the bob her own way it didn't turn out so she said she was gonna free hand it. During this time she had just pointed out that she got her license for cutting hair earlier in the month, which made me nervous as hell! Well the ending result was a haircut that looks nothing like a bob and eyebrows that didn't even get fully waxed. Will not be going here again to get a haircut from her.

I am so upset with this place. I didn't listen to the reviews and I should have. The minute I got their, I felt so overwhelmed with unprofessional hair stylists. They continuously talked trash, sweared and one gal kept telling clients they didn't have openings for a quick 15 minute haircut, but yet she would sit in the back and eat, play on her phone and Snapchat. I am disgusted. Dawn and Melanie (Melanie did my hair) never once asked about myself. They talked amongst themselves and Melanie told me that her boyfriends eyes change colors when he becomes sexually aroused. WHO DOES THAT?! I don't know you and I DONT CARE. I went in for highlights and lowlights and FOUR AND A HALF HOURS LATER my hair was DONE and it looked nothing like i wanted!!! Melanie herself apologized and said it turned out awful and that she could fix it in an hour. I couldn't sit there any longer. They didn't make me pay which I wouldn't have anyways, but just a fair warning to anyone who decides to go here, DONT! It's trash and the people are useless!! Yikes! Worst experience of my life!
