Long wait, worth it! First spa/nail experience in a long time and it was great! The man who did my pedicure was careful and had the right amount of small talk so it wasn't awkward! I had ingrown toenail removal but he did the painting excellently. Very clean and sterile, everything was out of a sterile package or otherwise disposable and I witnessed the staff go and sterilize tools after use! The chairs were quite comfortable although it was uncomfortable after sitting for a while due to personal hip issues. My mother, sister, and friends have all had good experiences as well. The staff are friendly and happy. Expect to pay a bit more than other places (a regular pedicure is 28, gel nails are 45 for instance) but for the service, cleanliness, and quality I find it justified. Also expect some amount of wait which isn't surprising considering how awesome this place is it should be busy.

This was by far the cleanest nail salon I’ve been to! I was very impressed with how sterile they are with foot tub liners, packaged nail clippers, throw away files, etc. The variety of nail colors was impressive as well! The furniture is VERY nice there even down to the special low wheeling chairs for the employees doing pedicures. They even brought me and my daughter drinks on a silver tray! The price was right too! The only thing I wish is that I could understand them better with my hearing loss. Perhaps picture cards or “menu” that can be used to communicate what someone wants done?!?

It’s honestly been months since I’ve been here. However I’ve gone here for two full sets and a pedicure and borh were amazing. They took there time, offered beverages and the shape was PERFECT and honestly pretty good prices for castleton area. My one con is that I feel like the nails broke too soon. Not all of them but you how it is when you break a nail

I have been coming here on and off for years. But have recently been here constantly and I enjoy the service and staff. The pedicures are a dream and reasonably priced.

I have given this place 2 try's. their customer service is lousy. Each time I make an appointment I do not have a good experience. I would pick a tech and like them. I arrived today at my appointed time and was seated to get a pedicure, while the person I was waiting on was with another client. A couple walked in to get pedicures and they help them immediately. Not even putting water in the bowl to soak as I waited on the requested tech. I am not sure what it is or maybe even culture. I believe it is rude and went somewhere else, and received great service. There will not be a third time.
