I have been here so many times and had great service even if they are busy. Today I went in for a pedicure that lasted 15 minutes literally (I work in the business and rarely pay for these things so today was a treat for myself! ) for $30. There was only one Girl working and rushed and did me inbetween other people. I won’t be coming back unfortunately and it’s a shame.

My favorite place to go on the island for nails! Even when theres only the owner working, I've always had great service! Very friendly, good conversation. The people that complain about a wait when it happens would also complain if they rushed you out as quick as possible. They take their time and do it right the first time instead of leaving customers unhappy with a quick careless job!

At Ritz Nails right now. They got me in early and Tina is doing my pedicure. She is super friendly and I would recommend Ritz Nails. This is a current review March 31 2018. Do not let old reviews make your decision.

When i pointed out that the nail tech put on my nail crooked, she insisted that she was right, wouldn’t fix it, and let me walk out with unfinished nails. Oh and in addition made me pay for it and threatened to call the cops if I didn’t. HORRIBLE
