My husband and I had a couples massage at the Spa of the Rockies. My massage was probably the best massage I’ve ever had (ask for John). The therapy room was very nice and quiet with a pretty fireplace. The check in process was easy, although when making the appointment I called the spa now mover directly and was sent to voicemail 3 times. Eventually I went through the hotel’s system and got through. There is a steam room in both locker rooms which we both took advantage of. The showers are very nice, and you can use the spa’s own products. I only wish the Serenity Room (where you wait for your therapist) was a bit quieter, darker, and had more seating the was plush and comfortable. Overall it was wonderful and we will be back someday!

I'm a very athletic person and my masseuse Micheal did the most amazing work. Tension I didn't know I was holding in my back and shoulders was released, I also didn't know my calves were tight causing some hamstring issues and that was fixed as well. I have never felt more relaxed than after that massage. I will continue to see him every time I go to Glenwood. Great work.

Addicting. I stop in this spa every time we stay in Glenwood Hot Springs Hotel.. and I can't seem to walk out without buying at least 4 or 5 products by the time I leave. Extremely good service, knowledgeable staff, and great selection of spa products and related items. Highly recommend!

I booked this as a special treat before my beach vacation. I spa itself is amazing. I did have an issue with how the polish itself was applied and had to go back and make some finishing touches myself. After this happened, Anne was very wonderful. She listened to my concern and made it right. As a local, and club member, the end result is that I will be back and the Spa of Rockies should be proud of the dedication and customer service that Anne provided.

The admin staff really ruined my experience , confirming incorrect appointment times, loosing patrons, mishaps leading to missed services. Unpolished desk staff. The masseuse was good though.
