Attention to detail, attention to comfort. The ladies at Ima's are consistently kind and do such nice work. They accommodated a birthday party of eight 7th grade girls with superhuman patience. We frequently get services there and are never disappointed. Communication is good. Everything is done in a clever way that indicates the experience level of the staff. Book a weekday for extra peace and quiet.

We didn't make an appointment and got right in, even with being a little busy. They were professional and very clean. Definitely would come here again for a pedicure.

Wonderful Ladies! They helped our vacation along in a memorable way. My mother’s Christmas present trip to Seattle and she wanted a pedicure before getting on the ferry. They stayed open late to see us and my mom was very happy. Thanks so much, we had a blast ;)

Really love this place of self-treating! Organized, attentive, detailed, and relational. Ima and team are all wonderful.
