Gave this place a second chance for a pedicure. Boy do I regret that decision... The lady that I had cut two of my toe nails so short that they were almost bleed. She filed my big toe extremely crooked and the toe next to it crooked in the other direction. She half-assed a callus removal on my pinky toe and left a hole in my toe. There was nail polish all over my toes and all over the cuticles that were never cut properly. She rushed my service and I ended up sitting next to my mother In law for 40 minutes while her pedicurist took her time like a professional. When the owner asked if I was satisfied I voiced my concerns and she tried giving me 4$ off my next visit. Told her to keep them because I will never be coming back again. WORST $50.00 I HAVE EVER SPENT. Do not waste your time and money at this place. I ended up coming home taking the polish and trying to fix the mess that they made of my feet.

Amy sat me down as soon as i walked in and got right to work. I love the choices they have for the mood changing nails. Everyone was friendly and even at 6 had smiles on their faces.

This by far the worst experience, I went in to get my nails filled decided to remove and redo everything and have new product. The girl ripped my nail off, and I told her that they were mine with acrylic on top no tip! I was so angry I told her to remove everything, me dipping it in acrylic and I don’t need anything done. Then she has the nerve to charge me $10. I told her I wasn’t paying anything, after having a throbbing finger. Then the manager/ owner says he can fix it, it’s okay. Really? Have you heard of fungus sir? Now I have to let my nail grow out before I can get anything done.

I tried to give this place as many chances because it’s tbe closest to me but I refuse to go their again. Eyebrow lady took off some of my skin and was so rough while doing my eyebrows. Don’t know her name. Never again.

I had a pedi & gel mani by Daisy today. She was awesome. All of the staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. I will definitely be back.
